Information we collect

If you sign up for a free plan, your email address is collected by Kit (ConvertKit) according to their privacy policy. If you contact us, your message is sent via your email app to hello@runningprogress.com.

How information may be used

Email addresses collected through Kit may be used to send requested running plans, training tips, and related updates. Contact enquiries are used to respond to your request.
